At alur, we’re committed to giving you the best self-care experience. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help! Our return and refund policy is designed to be simple, fair, and hassle-free.

 


Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? No worries! You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it may already be processing, but reach out and we’ll do our best to assist. If your cancellation is confirmed, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

 


Easy Returns & Refunds

We offer free and easy returns based on product category:

 

  • Grooming products – 100-day return window

  • Wellness & Accessories – 30-day return window

  • Comfort Wear – 30-day return window

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for used, worn, or damaged items due to normal use. If a return is outside the allowed timeframe or doesn’t meet our policy, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us within the return period, including your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and send return instructions.

  3. Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it within 5 business days.

  4. If approved, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

 

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 


Fast Refunds

Once your return is approved, we’ll issue your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund after this timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider. Refunds are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

 


Product Concerns

We take product quality and safety seriously! Always follow usage instructions and safety guidelines. If you experience discomfort while using a product, stop use immediately and contact us—we’re happy to help!

 


Damaged Items? We’ve Got You!

We carefully package all orders, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost to you!

 

What to do:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Attach clear photos of the damage.

  • We’ll send a free replacement ASAP—no need to return the damaged item.

 

We do not replace or refund items damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse.

 


Shipping & Delivery

We strive for fast, hassle-free delivery! While we work with reliable couriers, delays beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather) may occur. If your order is delayed, check with the courier first, and feel free to reach out—we’ll do what we can to assist.

 

Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend choosing a secure delivery address or selecting a shipping option with tracking.
